July 31, 2015The location is great: city park and Lake Washington across the street (along with a brand new tennis center) and easy entry onto the Burke Gilman trail. Also the bus stop is literally 2 minutes from the front door. But, our apartment needs several repairs that were agreed to by our landlord but still haven't been done (bathroom floors are ruined from previous flooding), shower head missing and shower surround in need of repair, the list goes on.
