December 20, 2021My family came down with covid and had to rush to the hospital , only to find our car had been broken in to. I called the management to try to get video footage, since our car is directly under a camera, and they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't help and I was in the wrong spot and they would tow my car if not moved immediately! This was after explaining my current situation of almost being hospitalized with Covid and having a newborn! They eventually found out I was in the right spot but ...the garage gate was still open and broke for several more weeks, so my other car and several others got broken in to. Nothing visible in my cars by the way. The parking spots are also so small, unless you have a compact car, good luck getting in or out. The apartment itself is so cheaply made that you can hear when someone shuts their door on your same floor, you can hear noise from upstairs and from outside. The elevator is always broken, which is challenging if you have a baby with a stroller, and was especially comical on our move out day having it not working. And when our lease was coming to an end they increased the year lease by $500 or we could choose to pay $15,000 month to month! What a joke!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

I contacted the leasing agent about where to put my Pod (turns out they have a dedicated loading lot to help with that), and since then there haven't been any further issues. In my two weeks here, the amenities have been excellent and the apartment layout has proven perfect for my needs.Property Manager Responded
