April 29, 2025So far so good! I enjoy the spacious living room and kitchen, and the wonderful amenities that come along with it. I came from a super small apartment with neighbors who weren't exactly the most considerate before coming here and now I feel like I can actually take pride in where I'm living. April 24, 2025Everything in this place is fueled with smiles (not just the office folks but also those of maintenance, and the residents). That is very important to me. It's the best amenity (I hate that word because it's a cliché, but love the intent). There are some things yet to try (the often-praised food trucks, the "gym," carwash...) I look forward to the salt-filtered pool when it gets hotter. Perhaps I'll post some photos, when I take some good ones.Property Manager Responded

April 9, 2025We moved in, in September of ‘24 and it’s been the best renting experience I’ve yet to have. Our apartment is so spacious & modern. The amenities are outstanding. Maintenance is PHENOMENAL & the front office is quick to respond with any questions or requests we have.
