    In downsizing from a 3 bedroom home to a 1 bedroom apartment, I wasn't sure how I was going to do it. Especially with 2 large dogs. Vahida was awesome at answering all my questions and walking me through the (new to me) leasing process. I love the look of the complex and the design of the units themselves, and the dogs love that they still have a yard! I would highly recommend Main Street Lofts to anyone looking for a new apartment home.

    In searching for a nice place to call home, The Main Street Lofts of Mansfield was an instant YES! The leasing staff is and has been superb! The amenities are beautiful, abundant and state-of-the-art. They definitely take pride in routine property grounds maintenance. It is a smaller complex, it is safe, it has a prime location, it is modern and has great open floor plans to include a nice patio/yard availability.     Main Street has alot to offer and it has improved over time, but the trash Valet personnel and maintenance are still subpar at best.

    Main St Lofts has been wonderful. The leasing team and management have made the moving process so less stressful. The staff is friendly, helpful, and great at making sure things are right. Probably the best moving experience I've had in thirty years of having apartments.

  • Look closer before you sign.

    Been here for a year now, it’s expensive, the units are very nice, the location is amazing, the pool is great! The residents are all friendly, smaller things that prevented me from resigning our lease were, the promise that there Facebook page advertised was buildings and property were secure, this is a lie, almost all of the door locks to the buildings do not lock, the gates have been open for a year now, which causes groups of kids that don’t live here to congregate at the pool late at night, ...
    and random cars drive through and leave without purpose. The elevator in building 1 has been broken for 2+ months now with zero communication or apology for the massive inconvenience this causes you in a 4 story building, this elevator should have been fixed properly 6 months ago when the fire department had to come rescue someone out of it. When asked if it was ever going to be addressed, the reply from the office was to just use the other elevator… if you visit this property take note of the incredible distance you will travel with groceries, kids, etc, to get to that other elevator. The mailroom is not secure, and packages are stolen fairly often. The pet waste stations are overflowing with bags of dog waste. Pet owners will sometimes have to stack the bags on top of the attached trash cans. The maintenance staff walks around out of uniform, they wear sweatpants and t shirts some days. For the price you’re paying to live here, they should be issued professional uniforms. And for the love of god, please prey this place, when they get the gates fixed finally, gives everyone a better remote then the one they give you. This thing will break if you look at it wrong. I find it difficult to understand that maintenance staff, leasing office staff, managers, all can walk past all the broken doors and light fixtures or walk way lights, and dirty hallways, elevators and stairwells, and just be fine with that… if you’re doing something about it address it with the community, instead of allowing us to assume it’s never getting fixed because you don’t care. This place is quick to announce donuts in the clubhouse long before addressing frustrating and unsafe living conditions.

  • Bad maintenance, inattentive staff, and lack of move in readiness

    Update 1/21: It's nearly been 3 weeks for a simple maintenance request of a filter replacement to get taken care of. The entry gate has been left open since we've moved in - nearly 4 months ago. I'd advise anyone to not move into this place. The positive reviews are mostly written by staff and their friends. There are a list of things that are negatively effecting these apartments. First, the leasing staff will try to push your move in date as far back as possible. Upon our move in, our keys ...
    were not ready, nor was our unit make ready. Numerous things were still in the works such as as bathroom cabinets, our kitchen cabinets, and the overall cleanliness. Second, the leasing staff and employees are leaving fake reviews on here, so please pay little to no attention to the good reviews here. Chances are they're not legit. Third, the parking is terrible if you get home around 7p to 9p. You're almost forced to buy covered parking or a garage if you want your car parked inside the apartment complex. Also, my car was mistakingly towed even after being registered online, and the staff couldn't even give me a callback to help resolve the issue. Fourth, the dumpsters are constantly overflowing and trash is scattered all throughout the complex. A simple solution to that is have the Republic trash company come out more often, rather than just 2 times a week. Of course they're going to overflow, there's two dumpsters for the entire complex. Fifth, the pool was shut down for a few days because someone broke glass and it got in the pool. I understand mistakes happen and for our safety the pool had to be shut down. However, the mass email that was sent to us residents saying the glass was gone and the pool was safe, wasn't accurate. The first day back at the pool I picked up a handful of broken glass, and obviously notified the staff. The maintenance team/staff didn't do their due diligence to make sure the amenities were safe to the residents, which kinda of shocked me. Overall, I'm in disappointed with this place so far.

  • Thought they would want me as a Resident

    When I first walked in I was greeted by Olivia, but Robin ended up giving me a tour of the whole community within 30 minutes of closing and she was great. Really made me think about applying and I did the next day actually. Of course after doing it online, I had to go to the office to tell them that I did it. This was all over the weekend. Come Monday, I'm waiting on an email or call and never get one so I call the office literally over 10 times until I was finally able to reach Amber. She said ...
    she will look into it and give me a call back. Three hours later, never did. I had to go to the office myself and get an update. Did the update and paperwork and will return the next day to see what they say but they act like they don't want me as a resident honestly. I see what the reviews are about now. Communication has to be better or you will continue to lease at a slow pace.

  • Don't do it

    December 20, 2022
    Unless you like living with slobs. Refuse to pick up after their dogs throwing trash and furniture around the dumpster. Too lazy to break up boxes. Facility is supposed to be smoke free and tenets still smoke cigarettes and pot on grounds and in apartments. Be prepared for your rent to go up guaranteed. Maintenance is slow and sometimes don't even do the work orders you put in. And receptionist at front desk never seem to have answers to your questions or concerns.
