The safety of our residents is top priority as we have security onsite after office hours from 5PM-11PM on weekdays and 9AM-11PM on weekends. We would like to clarify that we only allow entrance for deliveries. Aside from that, we inform residents to use the 3-digit code to provide to their guests for entry. We also strongly encourage residents to follow safety measures to prevent unknown individuals into the building. Our staff truly cares for our residents as we listen and work proactively to assist our residents. We’re sorry to hear of the incident regarding your personal items in the laundry room. Our team was able to speak with you and advised you to file a claim with your renter’s insurance. In addition, we’ve taken corrective action against the reported theft. When maintenance concerns arise, we work to promptly address and resolve them once we’re notified of the issue. We understand these events can be frustrating. At Majestic, it is expected that our staff members treat all of our residents with the utmost respect, however, we also expect the same respect and cooperation in return as we work hard to handle and address each of our residents’ concerns. We take pest matters very seriously and our homes are always checked and cleared of any pest problems before the next resident moves in. However, we acknowledge your feedback and we're taking action accordingly. I spoke with our manager, Tasha, and we're glad to hear she was able to speak with you regarding the mice. It sounds like our maintenance team was able to assist in thoroughly checking your homes for mice and laying down traps. We will be following up with you shortly for any additional mice concerns. Regarding the renovations in the lobby, we have ordered and placed additional bait boxes as well as in the trash rooms. Thank you for this opportunity to clarify some recent changes. Please know that we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep our community premises clean and hygienic. As part of our effort to limit gathering and reduce exposure for our team members and residents, we requested that any packages be delivered directly to the resident's door. We soon learned that the US Postal Service is not permitted to comply with our request, so we've arranged to call residents when packages are delivered to the office to arrange an appointment for pick-up or drop the packages at the door ourselves. Our records indicate that any issues with heating, leaks, and pests have been addressed.
