Excellent home
August 18, 2015I love where I live! It is close to Hawthorne Blvd making it easily accessible to public transportation and to get to around. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood with convenient restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is a great size and I love the set up. My favorite is the large living room and kitchen. The kitchen features a gorgeous and useful island. I also have a cute balcony and during the summer I open the sliding door to let a great breeze keep my home cool!Review from Apartments.com
I couldn't believe the ad was for real!
August 14, 2015I was living in a 600 sq. box in Redondo Beach and paying $1650, when I saw an ad for my current apartment. It said West Torrance - 1,100 sq. feet, one bed, new Italian tile throughout, patio, free cable and HBO - Dog Friendly - Patio$1,325. I took my boss to see the place with me in case it was a scam. It wasn't! I was thrilled to have so much room and since I had two small dogs, was super happy that there was tile on the floor and not carpeting. The patiio was awesome as I was able to ...have my own b-b-q!!! What a treat. Now the reason I gave this place 4 stars and not 5 -- it does need updating, especially the kitchen. But I have to sat everything is clean and the kitchen is quite functional.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
