Nice. Reasonably quiet. You don't have to worry about packages being stolen. Everyone picks up after their dog. Haven't heard a single party. Maintenance crew is excellent. Grounds crew is excellent. The floors are thin so you just hope that you get quiet neighbors above. That's the only risk here. It's not cheap, but nice isn't free.

I have lived at Mallory Ridge for about 4 months now. Overall the best apartments for the Bloomfield area. These are new buildings (~2 years old) with brand new appliances. My unit has a nice big balcony; big is an understatement. Full washer and dryer in your apartment. Thick walls, so you never hear your neighbors (I forget they exist). Lauren is the property manager here and she is awesome! Heated pool open most of the year. 24/7 access to clubhouse and gym area which is a big plus. Best thing ...
I think is the car wash area (love that there's a vacuum for your car).
