Poor Managemnet
August 25, 2015I just moved in July 18/2015 and here is is Sept 1st and nothing can get fixed I have had AC issues and many other problems however nothing can get done. When I moved in the complex was under new management know a month later there is another set of management. All I can say id that we will be moving out ASAP I spending more money here then a normal house. Please don't move into this apartments.Review from Apartments.com
The worst experiences
August 16, 2015I've been renting here for 2 yrs and it has been the absolute worst. From the management changing about 4 times to the low water pressure and trash constantly overflowing the dumpsters. I'm so over them fixing absolutely nothing in my unit I've been calling about the same issue since memorial day still no response. Let's not forget about the list of misplaced money orders. Please stay far away from these apartments. If I could break my lease tomorrow it wouldn't be soon enough.Review from Apartments.com
Manchester park apartments
August 16, 2015These apartments were so nice when I first moved in about 2 years now. Since then management has changed about 4 times and caused everything else to decline. It's been an complete disaster and one of my worst renting experiences. I do not plan to renew my lease ever.. It I could move tomorrow it wouldn't be soon enough. On top of terrible management,low water pressure,the constant request for maintenance with no response for months,and the trash overflowing the dumpsters,but the tenants are ...constantly moving because of it all..
