    I have lived within this complex for over 4 years. The layous is spacious however poorly constructed. The air conditioner init is located in the kitchen and does not allow airflow into the living rooom. Thus significantly increasing electric bill during the summer months and still sweating. There is no overhead light in the living room. I have two stand up lights. It is so dark that at night in order to do work on the computer and see sufficiently, I need to keep the hallway light on, the ...
    kitchen light, and 2 stand up lights and I still have a difficult time completing work. The hot water heater has problems every 4-6 weeks leaving tenants without hot water for days at a time. Additionally, the water in my bathroom has been running since I moved in. They have yet to fix it. As you can imagine, Maintenance is terrible and the staff in the property office is just as bad. They do not return calls or appear concerned when tennants call. Tennants have stopped calling because it is a waste of time. Snow removal is the worst. I fell outside my building and twisted my ankle and still, maintenance does not adequately clear walkways. One positive is that for the most part, it is quiet. You may ask why one would remain with all these problems, its the only relatively affordable complexes in Rockland County.

    ITS FAIR ITS KIND OF OLD BUT ITS OKAY THE ONLY PROBLEM IF THE WATER LEAK THE CARPET ITS WET I JUST VACUUM IT THE ELECTRIC WHERE I WATCH THE TV DOESNT WORK WEONLY HAVE ONE BEDROOM THE THREE OF US MY CHILD MY HUSBAND WE SLEPT TOGETHER

  • Poor maintenance

    Apartments are very nice, headquarter management office in NJ is great and responsive. The building maintenance is horrible. there is no message when you call after hours nor is an emergency number provided to call in the event of an emergency. Aside from the main building where the office is, Buildings are not clean, washers and dryers in laundry room are poor, rusted, washers don't really was the clothes and the dryers are rusted to the point that it rips your clothing when drying. Laundry room ...
    and vestibule to Laundry room are filthy. Due to the property being on a hill, don't expect for them to be dropping salt on snowy days pre storm they only drop salt on a small section, hence your cars slipping down the road very POOR with snow removal. Headquarter management needs to manage this property better and manage their maintenance crew. Very nice apartments and very nice quiet community but the maintenance of this is poor.
