September 19, 2024My experience has declined since I moved in. The new management and all the additional costs is very disappointing. The other day I was locked out of the building due to a new entry system. Management should have done a better job of distributing key fobs before locking the doors.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2024The appliances are outdated for what it cost to live at Mansion at Bala. After 10 years everyone should have the stainless steel appliances at no additional cost. Guest have to pay to park when visiting like they would at a garage. Overnight guest have to pay over $100 to park.Property Manager Responded

June 29, 2024After moving in, the three bedroom two bath apt is the perfect size and located in a quiet area away from the City Ave 24 hr noise of city living. The parking is a problem for handicap, no reserve spaces. Also the secure entry of the gates to park and the door of your apt is AI driven. You must have a smart phone and lots of patience to get into the parking areas by app and no keys as backup. Limited spaces for guest parking in front of the leasing office. The gym and pool amenities are included ...in the rent. Parking on 6 levels is $100 a month.Property Manager Responded
