September 19, 2024My experience has declined since I moved in. The new management and all the additional costs is very disappointing. The other day I was locked out of the building due to a new entry system. Management should have done a better job of distributing key fobs before locking the doors.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2024The appliances are outdated for what it cost to live at Mansion at Bala. After 10 years everyone should have the stainless steel appliances at no additional cost. Guest have to pay to park when visiting like they would at a garage. Overnight guest have to pay over $100 to park.Property Manager Responded
