No parking, a lot of people who probably shouldn't be here are taking up the spots and will willfully box you in if you are not careful. Walls are thin, flooring is old, heating is radiator that may or may not work , central air is a wall ac and not properly piped. Heating and electric are over billed and from what I discovered the electric company I am forced to have has no way to get accurate readings, so I paid $$$ when I never paid high bills before ever and probably paid the landlords bill or someone else'sbill but have no way to fight back. You pay a water bill in an older style apartment and have no access/control over your water temperature as well. Biggest costliest mistake for me was coming here thinking it would be a savings. I should have waited a little longer and picked a quality apartment, please consider all reviews before renting, I would only come here if I was desperate knowing what I know now.
