Very spacious affordable apartments
September 19, 2018I have lived here since '10 and have watched it transform into a wonderful community. The new manager and maintenance staff are friendly, and efficient. My dishwasher needed repair last month and maintenance came that same day and fixed it. I definitely recommend Maplewood Junction. The apartments are affordable, very large townhouses, and have 2 decks, which I love!Review from Apartments.com
Just Moved In-
September 19, 2018Just moved in and the staff made it a simple process. I like that we can rent washers and dryers as well for only $40 a month. I love that it doesn't have carpet either. You can tell the maintenance staff has good attention to detail.Review from Apartments.com

Loved Living Here
September 17, 2018I have lived at Maplewood Junction for 6 years and wish I could have stayed longer. I received a job promotion which sent me to Seattle but all 6 years were great. The staff was attentive to any service requests I needed and I had minimal problems. Rent is due on the 1st but they won't charge a late fee until the 6th so it was nice to have a little leeway since I couldn't always get to the office on the 1st. June 27, 2018I love living here! I moved from TX to here and everyone in the office was so helpful and nice. This is my first apartment ever. It is actually my first time ever renting anywhere! Maintenance was prompt and so friendly (even though I didn't really need anything but a bulb I couldn't reach changed) & I always felt safe. Great Apartment at a Great Price!
June 27, 2018The leasing process was very easy and I was able to move in right away. The apartment was newly renovated at a reasonable price considering the location. It's quiet but close to everything downtown so it's the perfect neighborhood. My dishwasher wasn't working correctly shortly after I moved in but maintenance came by within the day and got it up and running. It's been perfect since. Maplewood Place Apartments/Apex Property Management
August 3, 2015Not a terrible place to live but there are pro's and cons. PRO - All apartments have washer/dryer, balcony storage area and dish washer not to mention ample closet space for a apartment. PRO - Apex PM does a comparably good job maintaining the apartments, addressing maintenance issues and paying rent is easy online. CON - Parking sucks and is extremely limited. CON - Can be noisy especially in summer with everyone's windows open. CON - No amenities outside the apartment (pool, clubhouse, office ...for package delivery) and no on-site management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
