The Marburg
July 27, 2015The Marburg building at 260 ludlow avenue is a beautiful old building from the distant past. It used to be a hotel and still boasts unique architecture and balconies. The building is wonderful but the management is sub par at best. I was a resident for one year and experienced various maintenance problems to which none were mended. There was mold in my kitchen and my bathroom ceiling leaked water when it rained. The steps leading to my door were also very dangerous and were not fixed until we ...moved out. I think Harkavy should just go ahead and sell some properties as it is apparent they cannot handle the load they have amassed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
