July 28, 2024Property is always clean. Management has turned over twice in a year and the new staff does not answer calls or return emails. People are constantly moving out. Good luckProperty Manager Responded

June 27, 2024The location is great and the nearby locales are nice for a quick outing. The cemetery is pleasant to walk through. The business spots have been empty the entire time I've lived up here (2 years) with no foreseeable chance of that changing. Fire alarms are a constant annoyance, sometimes going off multiple times a day and in the middle of the night. Parking gate get broken once every 3 months. Depending on what building your in, you'll constantly smell weed (I've had the smell leak into my ...apartment from my neighbors who were smoking). Management didn't do a thing about it.Property Manager Responded

I'm pleased to announce that the retail space is currently undergoing construction as we have successfully rented out one of the units. Regarding the fire alarms, we are actively collaborating with our fire alarm company to resolve the issues. While some incidents may be linked to resident actions, we have established protocols to address these occurrences. Additionally, our gates are mechanical and may require parts that need to be ordered, sometimes causing delays in repairs as this work is outsourced to gate professionals. Do NOT Move Here!
June 26, 2024The fire alarms will go off everyday, multiple times per day. They will wake you up at 3am. There is no fire but the alarms always go off. Cars get broken into all the time both inside and outside of the garage. The building needs a lot of upkeep but management doesn’t seem to care. Loud, squeaky doors, doors that don’t close. While some incidents may result from resident actions, we have implemented measures to manage these situations effectively.
