November 17, 2024My son lived in one bedroom and has just moved to the two bedroom apartment. This is going on second year with Marchwood. Love the facilities and how it is well maintained. Office staff is quick to respond to emails. Great place.Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2024I enjoy living here at Marchwood, but the one thing that bothers me is the fact that in order to upgrade my place, I have to move. I’ve been here three years, plus And we like it here. We like our present location and don’t want to move to another apartment I think there should be someway that we should be able to upgrade and not move. Just sayingProperty Manager Responded
