Renters Reviews and Ratings
The worst service imaginable by the office staff.
February 22, 2021The worst service imaginable by the office staff. Always angry and with poor and uns professional service to tenants. The staff should be replaced immediately. Maintenance is horrible and Security practically does not exist. On more than one occasion the cars in the parking lot have been vandalized and have never taken steps to prevent it.Review from Apartments.com
Moving out
December 1, 2019Horrible place to live. Elevators always breaking. Parking lot barely gets plowed in winter. Never had heat in January, February and March. Its hit or miss with heat this winter. Had water damage in my kitchen from apartment upstairs. Took four years to fix. Kept being told i have to be patient. Their idea of a fix was to paint over it. Didnt last long and water damage seaping through that. Sewers back up to many times. Lovely odor for company to smell.Review from Apartments.com
GLAD to review My Apartment on Here...
August 14, 2015Beyond glad that I came across this site to review my residence because waay too many people "ASSUME" that this place is "bad", "nasty", "dirty" and everything not nice, and I'm here to state that even though it's only been 4 months or so, I have not one complaint about neighbors, for all of mine are respective of each other and the property. It's clean. Grass and gardens are kept up by the residents on a daily basis. My only compliant, is how slow the maintenance staff can be. Just pray that you ...don't need anything fixed, and you'll be ok. lol Other than that, I'm HAPPY with the apartment and def, location is hard to beat!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
