    The property is nice with multiple amenities. Management communicates well on certain events from general maintenance and certain changes in the residential portal. At least for me, they're forgiving and speedy in terms extensions and other such administrative activities. As this property is close to NBSD, traffic heading north is pretty bad in the mornings so be ready for that. As well as infrastructure in the surrounding area not being the best.     The property & units are beautiful but the manager/leasing lady isn’t the best. She tends to talk to you with her hands in your face and feels like she is always rushing your conversation. She is not very helpful when you ask questions, she will give you one straight answer and won’t talk to you, try to work with you and will interrupt you in conversation. We’ve met people that live near/across the complex and they’ve ready shared how they negatively feel about her. Her occupants have had the ...
