My apartment building is unproffessional
August 19, 2015When I first came to look at the apartment with my dad. I was searching for six month. It was a hard long search it not easy to find a rental that is pet friendly and that allows a large dog that is well behave into their apartment or within my budget. When I first saw my apartment I fell in loved with my apartment. The manager at the time was awesome and the contractor new so much about the building and what he did to remolded my apartment. So I rented my apartment. Now I'm six month into it ...and I'm not happy with my apartment building/management. Last Monday there was a flood in my apartment that was cause by the upstairs neighbor and management took for ever to handle this problem. Its been 10 days that I haven't been able to stay in my apartment. Before this problem the management that it was okay to involved me in their lawsuit with one of their tenants that was just now resolved. I didn't ask to rent from a rental management company to solve their issues or continue to have problems with my building. I just wanted to be a good tenant and live peacefully.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A Gem in the Bustle of the LA
July 20, 2015I was in a rough spot moving to LA from Los Angeles. I was living an overly expensive apartment that was leaving me with no money to enjoy LA :( I made the decision to move to a better location. After months of researching different locations I ended up finding a perfect gem. I currently live in the heart of Koreatown! This place is so lively and reminds me of home. my apartment is so convenient and located next to everything. All of my utilities are included and I have upgraded appliances and ...granite countertops. This apartment literally saved my LA experience and new found love for the city. It's practically a steal at the cost of LA living and a gift in disguise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
