Far From Luxury
February 3, 2023Worst apartment complex I have ever seen. Police are here constantly due to loud neighbors with domestic disputes. Management is neglectful and apathetic. Save your hard earned money, this is far from luxury.Review from Apartments.com
Warning!
July 27, 2021I have been living in the apartment for 4 years now. Everything is all fine and dandy until the new management bought this property up and started managing it. I believe it's Merion. They came in first month has nothing set up and all the residents have to bring in the checks. The month after they have a crappy portal set up, promise to provide residents with the log ins but didn't work for some, when you try to call, the automated system is terrible and led you no where. If you are lucky and ...able to pay online good for you but for me, they said I made a mistake somewhere and they charged me 50$ 3 times, so don't make mistakes with this management. Tell me to go get it from the bank and for a support to talk to the bank, they said why do they need to do it. I have been trying to reach out to the management team and they just don't seem to care. I have some audio recorded when I go in the office and they are not very helpful. Went in on a Saturday trying to solve my issues, the answer I get is "What day is it today? and What does this mean?" so I said "Just give me a Yes or a No if i should leave and come back on Monday" and they just kept asking me "what day is it today?" This leaves us with a very bitter taste at the end.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Unprofessional management
December 2, 2017While the apartments look nice, management has a poor reputation. They are unprofessional and rude. Don't bother.Review from Apartments.com
There are much better places, don't bother
July 6, 2017This place looks nice on the surface but everything is cheap and everything breaks constantly. If you want to have issues with all your appliances, you should move here. Also, as others have mentioned, the management is horrible and so is their communication. There are two new places being built in the immediate area, you would be better served going there...skip the hassle of even bothering looking at these places.Review from Apartments.com
Satisfied tenant going on three years here!
February 25, 2016I have lived here for two years, and I just renewed for a third and I've been very satisfied. The staff works diligently to keep the complex a great place to live. Management has various responsibilities but that does not stop them from being attentive to my concerns. My apartment is very open and modern I love the hardwood floors and high ceilings. The grounds are nicely kept and maintenance has always been there for me if I had an issue. I would recommend this community for sure.Review from Apartments.com
Expensive Terrible Management
August 14, 2015The apartments are pretty nice. There are some nice touches like dark hardwood floors and cabinets, matching refrigerator and dishwasher and heated floors in the bathroom (even though they don't really work well). While there is no security personnel on site, all residents have a key fob to get into the building and a video security box in their apartments to buzz people in. Parking is a nightmare. They allow 4 people in a 2 bedroom apartment, but only have about 12 spots available for the 12 ...apartments on my side of the complex. People are constantly getting into arguments with each other over the parking situation and there is no guest parking. There are no additional amenities like a pool, gym or clubhouse. Management is also a nightmare. They have absolutely terrible communication. They constantly drop off mail to the wrong apartments or sometimes not at all. We received 12 hours of notice that the entrance and exit to the complex would be shut down for a parade, so nobody would be able to enter or leave. We would constantly receive late rent notices for wrong apartments. They never delivered our security deposit information, then tried to charge us an insane amount of money to clean our apartment at the end of the lease...which brings me to my next point....the security deposit. The terms of the security deposit are hidden pretty well. They told me that they emailed me and dropped off a physical copy of a sheet which outlined all of the charges that we would incur for certain occurrences. I never received and email or a physical letter. After staying up all night on the evening before we had our inspection and cleaning the apartment, we were told we had ~$1,000 worth of damages. We were being charged $40 per window to wipe down the track, so that was a few hundred dollars to start off with. They found 2 crumbs in our pantry, so they charged us $40 to wipe off the shelf. There was a hair in a drawer, so they were charging us $20 to wipe down each drawer. It was madness. I demanded they reschedule our inspection so that would clean the apartment with q-tips. After 12 straight hours, we finally got the apartment to a "move in ready" condition, since they don't clean the apartments between tenants. In summary, its a decent complex, but management will screw you. BEWARE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Luxury Apartments, Not Luxury Service
July 14, 2014The amenities and apartment itself are great; they are very high quality and luxurious. If you do choose to rent there, I would recommend getting an apartment facing away from Main Street, as the noise from the road is somewhat annoying when you have your windows open. Note, the windows do block out the noise from the road really well. Unfortunately, the service and office staff support was horrible. The issues that I came across while living in the apartment was that there was limited parking at ...times, requiring that you either park very far away from your entrance or even on Main Street. Although the building is advertised as "smoke free," I would say about 80% of the residents smoke on their balconies which results in it coming through your own windows. I had a noise concern with another apartment about 12 times within 1 year (I even had to call the police on them numerous times around 1 or 2AM and I later learned that numerous other apartments did as well) and the staff did nothing about it....the residents who were creating the issue are still living there. The noise level, yelling and laughing was insane..you could even hear it with the windows closed! The intercom/call box in my apartment was broken upon my renting the apartment, replaced, and then broke again, however it took 2 whole months for staff to get it replaced. Additionally, when you move out the apartment complex will charge you for ANYTHING!!! I forgot to wipe down the inside of the cabinets (which were filled with a WHOLE YEAR'S worth of dust...woah) and was told if I did not clean it I would be charged. Also, you are required to pay for the carpets to be cleaned after you move out! I'm pretty sure they don't have cleaning people come in between tenants. Overall, I would not recommend this complex as it is expensive, the landlords broke their lease on numerous levels, and the service is severely lacking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
