Poor Maintenance
November 2, 2024DON'T MOVE IN HERE I am staying here from last 2.5 years and sorry to say that Management and maintenance are not good. I had been facing issue with broken door for almost 40 days with no proper response or resolution. Kitchen sink was broken and fungus started still no response from maintenance. They just answer but do not solve the problem. They just say waiting for vendor. Earlier management were good. I will not recommend anyone to opt this community.Review from Apartments.com
DON’T MOVE HERE!!!
June 17, 2024I lived here for 3 years! When it first moved in it was amazing! Erica was an amazing property manager! Once she left it went down hill!!! I lived with mice in my apartment for months with them telling me I there weren’t mice and I had roaches. They only decided to let me move because I said I wanted out of my lease. It’s over price and not worth it!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
December 20, 2019I moved to NC in a rush for work, and Erica and her team were super accommodating. The move in was a breeze, and it continues that way up until this point. Maintenance requests are timely, the neighborhood is kept clean, and everyone here seems happy. Would definitely reccomend to anyone new to NC.Review from Apartments.com

November 24, 2019I am so blessed to have found this cozy place. My sister and I live here with our cat, and it is a sweet getaway from the business of life. I am so happy when I get to come home from hard days at work to this spacious place. Can occasionally be noisy with children, but the staff at the front desk are very sweet and accommodating, the maintenance workers are prompt with requests, and the space is super clean especially for a pet-friendly environment.
