    Martinique Bay was a pretty good place to live, the part I love the most is all the trees and plants on the property. They do a very good job with the landscaping.

    Martinique Bay is a great place to live. Especially as a 30 year old with a roommate. The location is my favorite part. Right off of sunset and green valley. And you get to drive up and down beautiful High View Drive every day. Nice communities around it as well. Very convenient area. Grocery stores and entertainment all around. I also love the amenities. The pool and gym mostly. I love that there’s 2 gates and 2 entrances. Love the high ceilings in my 2br apartment as well. Rent payment is easy ...
    as well. Martinique Bay is my first apartment experience and I consider myself very blessed to be able to stay here. I pray they don’t raise rent so I can renew my lease!

    Love the area this place is in. When I first moved in I was greeted with a thank you card, candy, and treats for my dog. I was really impressed with this place. No apartment has ever done this. Plus...the place was really clean. I now have been here 6 months. Maintenance has been so great and very prompt and friendly. I like the fact that I can park in a covered spot with no issues. Love it!!

    This property used to care about the residents. Many incidents are happening to cars, mailboxes, and now I see damage to windows at some units. Fitness room equipment is not updated & repaired. Do not move here!!
