June 14, 2024Martinique Bay is a great place to live. Especially as a 30 year old with a roommate. The location is my favorite part. Right off of sunset and green valley. And you get to drive up and down beautiful High View Drive every day. Nice communities around it as well. Very convenient area. Grocery stores and entertainment all around. I also love the amenities. The pool and gym mostly. I love that there’s 2 gates and 2 entrances. Love the high ceilings in my 2br apartment as well. Rent payment is easy ...as well. Martinique Bay is my first apartment experience and I consider myself very blessed to be able to stay here. I pray they don’t raise rent so I can renew my lease!Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2024Love the area this place is in. When I first moved in I was greeted with a thank you card, candy, and treats for my dog. I was really impressed with this place. No apartment has ever done this. Plus...the place was really clean. I now have been here 6 months. Maintenance has been so great and very prompt and friendly.
