Great place to live
November 16, 2023My roommate and I really enjoy living at Maryland Park. I will definitely be staying here for the next few years while I am in college. February 22, 2023Very clean place! Never have an issue with trash or cleanliness of common spaces. There's an elevator, which is really nice to have. The available parking garage is such a nice option and it's very helpful for staying out of the winter weather here! Management is very nice and timely with replies. They are very communicative, they do their best to always be accommodating, and they're very timely with maintenance requests and questions overall. Great Apartment Complex
February 17, 2023I moved here in 2017 and I have enjoyed every moment of it. The top two things that I look for in my apartment are the upkeep of the building and assigned underground parking. Northland has achieved both tremendously. Also, we have a common area for laundry which I enjoy definitely in the wintertime, and when I just have to do one small load, or even at night time when it's 2 am. I can honestly say I have never had any issues with the company they do their part for sure keeping the property ...updated. Probably why I have been here for some time!! Also, the area is really quiet even though the student campus is fairly close. Lake Michigan is within walking distance and the area is definitely walkable for stores and food alike.
