Noise issue
May 26, 2024When I read all the reviews here, I still didn't believe that the noise issues could be so bad in the new building. Don't make mistakes like me. There are terrible insulation issues. You can hear how your neighbors walk above you. Just normal walking, not even running.Property Manager Responded

Thin walls, water issues
April 18, 2024Walls are as thin as the other reviewers say. Water has been shut off multiple times during this experience for various reasons - at times there has been no hot water, and at times no water at all. Amenities are nice, but the basics (a quiet place to live, consistent water) just aren't there.Property Manager Responded

Noise issue
October 18, 2023I had a horrible experience living here. I specifically had asked for a quiet unit and thought I was lucky to get one on the top floor, corner. However, since they couldn't show me the actual unit but only a model of it, it turned out that my bed was right above the main entry doorway, which was extremely loud when anyone entered or exited, and this happened very frequently. I asked them to put some kind of damper on the heavy metal door, but they did nothing about it. They gave me the option to ...move out, but I lost my concession and had to find another place to live after just two months.Property Manager Responded

Horrible noise issue

Serious noise issues
August 9, 2021Totally agree with a majority of the reviews here that mention the noise levels. Living here was great until the neighbors started moving in. However, after a majority of the units became occupied there isn't a day that goes by without being woken up by noise coming from upstairs and from the side neighboring units. I noticed at one point that my neighbors were not the problem, but instead they were just going about their daily lives. The wood frames must be made out of single ply cardboard. Do ...yourself a favor and either live on the top floor of this apartment or never move here at all. Terrible In Unit Noise Insulation Between Rooms
July 12, 2021The noise insulation between rooms is unlivable. If you have a a shared bedroom wall, the other room can hear everything and vice versa. Also from the the bedroom you can hear every room in the apartment. And not just a little, in clear detail. This is a red flag and I would not have moved in if I knew this. The building amenities are nice, but they don't make up for the super thin walls. Also I second all the reviews about the ceiling and floor noise insulation between units. really bad noise
July 3, 2021Totally disagree with the last review. My experience here has been similar to the first two reviews. Everything was well till neighbors moved in above me. Imagine all your hear is footsteps all day non stop and being awakened all the time when you go to sleep. I love this complex but it’s unfortunately the single worst part about living in here. Did we get lucky?
June 23, 2021We honestly don't find the same issues as the others here. We may have been lucky with our neighbors, but the noise is negligible for us. The water temp is fine, and the entire place is very luxurious. Caring staff, safe neighborhood, tall ceilings, good neighbors, not much more we could ask for.Review from Apartments.com
Was great until neighbors moved in
February 18, 2021Was excited to live in a new building with modern features. But we've been extremely disappointed in the quality and construction of everything. You'd think a brand new building would have at least tried to add sound insulation between units, but you can hear everything. RIP if anyone is living above you, and RIP to anyone living below you. Also the hot water temperature is always messed up- either scalding your flesh off or barely warm at all.
