This apartment is located at our 350 Mathilda Dr. building. It features plush carpet and new vinyl plank flooring. High ceilings and story windows provide great natural light. New light fixtures including track lighting. Spacious floor plan and lots of cabinet space. We take care of most utilities. Resident will pay for electricity. Laundry onsite. Maintenance Monday - Friday, as well as after hours emergency response. We are located close to the bus line, shopping is just down the road at Camino Real Marketplace and we are a short walk from the beach.
