December 27, 2024My reviews here keep getting lower and lower. I look back a year ago, and “nothing” has been improved here for my living experience. All of the same things that were broken a year (years sadly) are still broken. The Crestron system at the pool and gym….all the light posts around the pool that are out. Broken gates that don’t open….flashing lights all around the property that never get fixed. It’s also HORRIBLE customer experience when you new tenants get concessions up to 8 weeks free yet you ...continue to raise rent on your most loyal tenants of over five years now. December 26, 2024Overall, I have enjoyed living at Maxwell for the past few years. The amenities are great, the staff and maintenance guys are friendly, the apartments are a good size with great balcony space.
