Great place to live
November 2, 2021I’ve lived at Meadow Ridge apartments for 2 years now and I’ve been incredibly happy. It’s quiet, well maintained, and close to the Nugget shopping center. There’s always plenty of parking. The maintenance man, Ion, has been amazing. If I put in a work order, he promptly arrives to fix it without issue. He installed a brand new sink with some upgrades (dual spray mode with hose) for us today due to a mild leak. He exceeded my expectations and I love my new sink. Thank you!Review from Apartments.com
One of the best places I have lived in Davis!!
October 12, 2021I have been here for over two years now and this is the best complex I have lived in my 6 years in Davis. The maintenance person (Ion) is super friendly and really knows his craft! He is also super attentive to detail in his work and really makes life easier for the tenants here. The landlord, Kristen, is also very friendly and responsive to her community's needs. She takes time of make sure the property is a safe and quiet place for all to live! This is one of the most peaceful properties to ...be at in a busy college town. I love it here!
October 8, 2021This property is so beautiful. Fruit trees. A fountain. A pool and a hot tub! Kristen, the manager, is one of the best people on this planet. I lived here for three years, moved away for work, and came back here when I got the chance because she is so great at taking care of things. Ion fixes everything well whenever needed. I'm so grateful to him for all the help he's given me. Plus this location is right by Starbucks and Nugget and I-80 and Willow Creek Park with an entrance to the Greenway ...that will take you straight to UC Davis. It's perfect here. Maintenance & Management are awesome
October 5, 2021I moved here in February. Both management and the maintenance staff have been a pleasure to deal with. Kristen (Community Director) is very communicative and keeps everyone up-to-date on what’s happening in and around the community. Ion (maintenance staff) is amazing. He is very responsive to requests and does everything he can to make sure the tenants are happy, and he is personable and prompt. Best place to live at in Davis, by far!!
September 23, 2021I have lived at Meadow Ridge for 5 years. I wouldn’t ever live anywhere worse unless I was going to by another home. I have a 2x2 cottage that was nicely renovated prior to me moving in. It’s very quiet, very well managed by the nicest young lady Kristen and the maintenance you man, Ion is great too! They respond quickly to work orders always! They both go above and beyond for the residents. Wonderful place to live!
February 24, 2021We moved to Davis from LA in 2020 and Meadow Ridge was a wonderful place for us to start a new chapter in our lives. Kristen is one of the nicest, most accommodating managers I have ever worked with. The pool, basketball, and common areas are always clean and in working order. They are located walking distance from awesome restaurants and a grocery store. Right next to the highway as well. on a downward slide
September 4, 2018Used to be better. Homeless ride around unchallenged. Handyman and manager do the minimum needed to keep their jobs. Phone messages and emails are rarely acknowledged. Litter, even in prominent places, doesn't get picked up for days. Dead squirrel at entrance has been there for a month, baking in the sun.
