Hidden Gem, Love This Place
May 30, 2020Been living here for approximately 6 months and the experience from first contacting the property, to signing the lease, to finally moving in and settling in has been flawless. The property managers are available whenever you need them, maintenance is performed in a timely matter and the neighbors are all extremely friendly. This complex is seriously an incredible hidden gem, I recommend to anyone looking for a place here in Fresno.Review from Apartments.com
Was told I can’t see available unit before renting
September 24, 2019Left a message to request an appointment to check out their available unit(s). Received a text message back that said I was more than welcome to see the grounds but was not allowed to view the available apartment. I responded with “so I’d have to rent it sight unseen” and was told no one ever sees an apartment before renting. I will not be renting from this place, and it’s too bad they look beautiful and are located well for me. Best little Gem
April 16, 2019I have lived here over 8 years now. There are two wonderful ladies that run the office and do there best to stay on top of all the demands of the day. I usually share my needs thur emailing on an app we have for this property AppFoilo they call it. Its wonderful to pay rent on line and maintenance requests. We all have busy lives. I love my 2 bdrm & 2 bth unit. it's very open larger floor plan I think 1100 sq. ft. 2 walk-in closets for the master. & the other room a large wall closet. it's not ...short on space at all. The grounds are kept like a garden setting. Oh and maintenance request are well under a week times to fix or faster. Depending on the need I think. Oh and the ladies do a great job keeping us the tenants informed of stuff happening. I really feel home here @ this little Gem in the city.. YOU should check it out.. Spacious, and Quiet, Pet Friendly
July 26, 2017Large apartments, decent area, single story, lots of storage, W/D hook ups (outside), which is fantastic. However, the lady that manages the apartment can be extremely rude, when making requests for stuff. Maintenance takes far too long to get done (month on average). They focus on remodeling apartments rather than their current tenants. They have numerous rules through out the apartment and overly invasive for any complex management. Nice landscape, crummy apartments, BAD management/maintenance
June 28, 2017I've lived in this complex for over a year. The outside is fantastic: beautiful trees and shrubs everywhere you look. The pool is well maintained but the complex wastes water like you wouldn't believe on the lawn, down the sidewalks, and even out the parking lot! The apartments themselves are not that great. The doors and windows are crooked, our ceiling has been patched (noticeably & with sloppy patchwork), & the majority of our reachable outlets are too loose to use without taping the cords in. ...Our fridge does not maintain its temperature, our bathroom vent has never worked (they've been out 3 times with no improvement), and the gap under our screen door is so big snails can easily get under and attach to our door. Not to mention the waterbug cockroaches that are attracted by excessive amounts of water. The manager originally promised us a new sink before we moved in; it's been 14 months and our original leaky sink sits their like a bad reminder. For the money, it is a very nice neighborhood. For the space and condition of the apartment it is not worth it. The biggest asset is the backyard and that's not something to be proud of. DONT MOVE HERE
January 9, 2016They are shady. Me and my husband were going to move in and we put down the deposit and a pet deposit. We ended up not moving in because ou circumstances changed. I understood that they would keep our deposit but give us back our pet deposit.. Oh no they are trying to keep that too and charge us even more money. You can find a better apaprtment in a better area for a little more.. Think twice before moving here.Review from Apartments.com
Convenient Location, Spacious, Quiet and calm
August 16, 2015Walking distance from Fresno State and their facilities. Gated and parking is always available. Quiet neighborhood, two pools and washer/dryer hook ups, small backyard. Office lady appears nice at first but then becomes extremely rude and any repairs take forever to get done, other than that a great place to live a little pricey but not bad for Fresno.Review from Apartments.com
Quiet, Spacious and a yard!
August 16, 2015We live in a 2br/2b apartment and love it. The 1 bath is also nice but the entire apartment is smaller. Ours has a master bedroom with 2 walk-in closets, a huge living room, a good size kitchen and even a little back yard/patio. The location is perfect; it is in the center of town and within walking distance to Fresno State, the Savemart Center and all Fresno State sports stadiums. The rent is completely reasonable and they allow pets!Review from Apartments.com
