September 23, 2023The community is peaceful and beautiful. The apartments come with everything you might need to live comfortably day to day. The included wifi, tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer, built in a/c, and furniture are super useful as a student and you will not find many places, if any, that come with all these amenities. September 19, 2023Meadowbrook Gardens is an overall great place to live, whether you’re a student or not. While it is geared towards students, it offers a new, clean and slightly upmarket atmosphere with great amenities and a small-community feel. Even maintenance has been quick and easy! My one issue is the price, but taking into account that the units are furnished does help with this.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2023Unit is good overall, needed to be cleaned better in the bathrooms. I wouldve preferred walls to be better sound proofed as well. Largest burner does not work on stove. Otherwise goodProperty Manager Responded
