It doesn’t get better than this!
March 28, 2025This was our second stay with the Meadows ( we were between selling and purchasing a home both times). It was a wonderful place to live. Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and well maintained thanks to Brian and David. The office was inviting thanks to Maria and Jocelyn. There was a very well maintained and updated gym. The monthly, sometimes bi monthly gatherings in the clubhouse were always fun! I will miss the Meadows!Review from Apartments.com
I Love Apartment Living
January 15, 2025I love apartment living. I am 68 & just sold my house I had for 19 years to downsize. I didn't want the hours of maintenance I had to do anymore. I love the convenience of having everything close & walking distance if needed. It would be nice to have a pool on the premises. The office staff are helpful, nice, & friendly. The maintenance people are also great. Anything that needs to be taken care of is done in a timely manner. Would be a great place
June 20, 2016If they had more storage and didn't charge. Plus you live here for over 2 or 3 years and they decide to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms. You don't have any choose in the matter. You have to move all your stuff out of the kitchen and bathrooms and have them in your place at 8 am. There comment on it but your getting new kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets and light fixtures. My comment is I don't own it I'm renting it. If I cared about the cabinets I would not have moved in at these prices. ...I have never lived in a place that did remodels with there residents still in the place. They always wait till your moved out. For the amount you pay for rent you should not ever be inconvenience like that. Plus is it legal. With all that going on. There's no pool other then the community pool for the whole town. No storage no car port. You pay extra for car ports and storage. Not allowed to have a BBQ or use it on you patio. There are good point office people are friendly and the maintenance crew work hard to fix things fast. The place is well maintained. But really for what they are asking in rent you can rent a house in the area cheeper. We wish we would have looked at house first. A great place to live!
April 29, 2013The Meadows management team are pleasant, professional, "real" people who treat their residents with decency and respect. This community has tons to offer: spacious rooms, very large windows, maintenance requests handled very quickly and efficiently, building foyer areas/stairwells cleaned on a regular basis, overall quiet surroundings, great location near major roads and shops, well maintained grounds, and various resident get-togethers/theme nights throughout the year.
