Great community to live in
December 14, 2018I've moved here about 2 months ago and so far it has been a great experience and breeze from me. Location is great, I have access to malls and main highways minutes away. Safety in the neighborhood seems good so far. Units are priced just about right for what you get. Unfortunately, I have not been able to interact much with my neighbors due to my work hours but the few times I've seen them everyone seems to be respectful with each other. I have no complaints whatsoever with management this far, ...I respect them and they respect me. Everything is clear and stated as you move forward in the process. No community is perfect but here I can tell they do what they can to maintain the property. Only 'but' that I've had so far is heating that is completely electric which it will not only cost you a little more but your apartment will get chilly, other than that I am extremely pleased with my apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
BE AWARE!!
July 24, 2018It was great in beginning- the minute i had an issues - it all went down hill. I had a clog in the toilet and they charged me for it. The same week the dishwasher went and was charged for that. I complained that the tenants upstairs made a lot of noise and loud music - they told me to go talk to them myself. After a few calls about the issues -they still would not help. I end my lease and got a collections company calling for back due rent that I total do not owe. all my rent was paid. I ...have all my cleared paid checks. BE AWARE !!!Property Manager Responded
July 25, 2018AC. Your review is inaccurate and full of false assertions. You have collection agents calling you because you defaulted on your lease. Firstly, when we cleared the clog in your toilet, we came back with a metal object that was causing the clog. This object was in your toilet and not in the main sewer pipe. The clog was caused by your, or a guest's, carelessness and was therefore a chargeable repair. You were not charged for a dishwasher repair. Your claim is a complete falsehood. At the time of your last renewal, you requested a short lease. We advised you that we could accommodate your request however there was an addendum fee for a short lease. You chose to renew for the full year. In April, you failed to pay rent and defaulted on your lease and vacated without notice. It is obvious that you when you renewed you planned to default rather than pay the required fee. Also, when you defaulted, your letter said nothing about any problems with neighbors or maintenance. You ...claimed you were moving due to employment issues. As for complaints about noise from your neighbor, there is no written notice from you on file about this. If you called the office to complain, we often suggest first a friendly conversation with the neighbor rather than having us send a heavy handed legal notice to someone over what is usually simply resolved. If this had truly been a serious constant noise situation, there would be written documentation from you, letters to your neighbor would have been sent, as well as legal notices. You resided there for 2.5 years and there is nothing in writing. Your upstairs neighbor has been there since 2005 and no other tenant has ever complained about her. A review of your file shows that your rent was habitually received after the 7 day grace period. Additionally, even after warnings, you continued to park a vehicle without a permit on the property.
