November 22, 2024The building has issues from when it was initially built, and it is clear the construction was done with the intention of being fast and cheap. The current property managers and maintenance people are fantastic, and try to address the issues as promptly as they are able, but do not be surprised if some issues from the original build arise.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2024Pricing is getting out of hand for what you get. Amenities continue to be inconsistently working. August 6, 2024Quiet location thats walking distance to multiple restaurants and bars with varying price ranges. Friendly and responsive staff available seven days a week. The road right outside the building (Huger St.) can have some flooding during during heavy rainfall but the water disappears very quickly when the rain stops, and I've never seen it affect the building/parking.Property Manager Responded
