TERRIBLE
June 29, 2022Looks nice on the tour, but was renovated very quickly and you can tell. All the faucets have been loose since move-in. Paid first and last month's rent on move-in, they tried to make us pay last months rent anyway and called me an “a$s” for asking why. They couldn't even install the outlets and outlet covers correctly. Doubled charged on water bill for security deposit. There is 0 insulation so get ready to pay extremely high gas and electric bills. There are no screens on the sliding doors so ...bugs are bound to get in. Very dim in the living room and kitchen area. No storage. Would not recommend living in a building owned by Lobos Management. The outside areas are nice. Kitchen and appliances are nice.
