March 17, 2025Fast acting on service tickets, staff is helpful and the apartment was in great condition by move in date. One of our concerns was a private garage for our motorcycles, they helped us and set up the garage in a very short amount of time.Property Manager Responded

March 10, 2025The apartment is spacious, well-lit, and located in a convenient area with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. The open floor plan makes the living space feel inviting, and the large windows allow for plenty of natural light. The kitchen is modern, equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, making it great for cooking. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet, providing a good night’s rest. The bathroom is clean and updated, with good water ...pressure and plenty of storage. One of the standout features is the balcony, which offers a nice spot to relax. However, the building’s soundproofing could be better, as noise from neighbors can sometimes be heard. Parking is also limited, which may be inconvenient for those with a car. February 10, 2025Overall great community. Some issues with response time with management and getting in contact with leasing office. Noise concerns took some time to get resolved after constant complaints. Even with these minor irritations, I feel safe and the community is diverse, the grounds are kept up nicely and maintenance request are promptly addressed.Property Manager Responded

January 14, 2025Mercer 1900 has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The maintenace team is fabulous, handling any problem very promptly and kindly. They are real wizards. And the staff is very human, nice, understanding and compassionate. They are really spacious on the inside and have nice backyards. Mercer 1900 really maintains everything inside and out to keep it looking pretty. Whenever we've had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss them and to find a good solution, which is ...rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about allowing pets. I would highly recommend renting from Mercer 1900 and I can assure you, I am a real resident here. While we understand that real estate is a business, they don't make it feel that way...maybe because it's family run.Property Manager Responded
