It's usually surprisingly quiet around here and mostly pleasant neighbors so far. I find that there is little communication from the management. The inexperienced manager and seemingly penny pinching management company keep things at bare minimum. Repairs,cleaning, and maintenance are rarely tended to with any sense of urgency, if at all. The manager does vacuum the walkways a couple of times a month but I've never noticed anything else cleaned since she started. They never properly communicate with tenants. Notifications are barely put up 24 hours in advance, but sometimes less. Notices are only put in the elevators (sometimes) and entry way but never to the individual units. Keep in mind this is a 5 story building with elderly people and people that work from home that don't leave their apartment every day and don't always use the front entryway. I've had better experiences at nearby buildings so I know this customer service is sub-par by comparison. Guess it's spoiled me but I'm paying a lot of money and this is my home. With all of that in mind, as long as your expectations aren't as high as mine should have a pleasant experience living here.
