September 4, 2024I have been through 3 management companies since I have resided here and the current one has to be the worst yet. For a property that isn’t even 10 years old you would think they would some kind of control over the appearance of the property, there is a trash compactor on site for waste disposal but the side of the building that houses the compactor has become a community DUMP site that is a complete eye sore to say the least and then you have residents that choose to just place their bags of ...trash in the breezeway with hopes that it gets picked up by someone and disposed of, otherwise the trash just sits there. There are more attractive apartment communities to choose from in the immediate area, as this one has appeared to go downhill in the last year or so, if I could break my lease without penalty I would break it without hesitation, if your looking for a clean property to reside in, look elsewhereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 27, 2024The grounds are not kept up for a luxurious apartment complex that is advertised. The grass is either way to high or you are walking through wet grass clumps every where . Jill is super sweet and is very attentive anytime I come into the office. Lexy is very sweet as well. August 28, 2024As a resident Meridian Obici, I have seen its ups and downs over the years with the past and present administration. However this present administration is showing much improvement with the up keep of the premises. I enjoy the community communion with the bingo nights and pool parties. This is a great way of getting to know our neighbors. I would love for administration to allow the residents to use the fire place and grill area after 8Pm.Review from Apartments.com
