Great Community!
December 4, 2025My husband and I recently moved into the Meridian at Broadstreet Market Apartments in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The apartment complex is older but the grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The apartment we moved into is nicely laid out and spacious. It didn’t take long for us to settle in and feel right at home. The leasing team, management and maintenance team have worked hard to answer any requests in a professional and timely manner. We moved here from another local apartment community, ...where we lived for four years. In the three months we’ve been at the Meridian, we’ve had more events than we had in four years at our previous complex. They treat the residents like family and I highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

It's been a safe location for me and my son, and there is plenty great amenities and events to enjoy! The office and maintenance team are always swift to respond to any correspondence. I have family members who also live at the community and we have all had a positive experience.
