Smoking, parties and random strangers
August 29, 2024Very disappointed. Management completely lost control over tenants who are smoking In common areas, at the balconies and at the pool. It does not seem like any action ever taken against people who violate non-smoking policies. Many tenants take advantages of a lack of monitoring who visits the building, regularly bringing a bunch of guests. Please consider when making decision: completely random people who don’t live here will be happily enjoying amenities that you pay for, while smoking and ...consuming alcohol.Property Manager Responded
