  • Just a headache

    June 5, 2024
    Just avoid this place. We are not renewing. There is a lot of turnover, bad system management and an overall attitude to not care. The headaches started at move in with bad guidance, turnover in staff and access issues. Add to that new IT systems implemented that make everything from service requests to payments harder. The new payment processor is a credit card company - just think about that when you have to pay your bill and what they do with your personal info. Just avoid this headache ...
    as there are many other properties with fewer issues in the same area.

  • Metro at Main will let you down

    We are in our 11th month at Metro at Main. Every month the property seems to decline. The property has a major roach problem, trash rooms are dirty, smell and are roach infested. There is little to no security, and no noise enforcement after hours. The most disappointing feature is that the management staff does not care about the tenants. The property is not maintained. We have had a dead roach in the clock in our oven for two months, pest control is difficult to schedule at best. If you want to ...

    My roommate and I have been residents for about three months at this wonderful complex. Ed has been in contact with Janelle, Alicia, Kelly, Paniz, Katherine, and our maintenance friend Christian. He always raves about his interactions with the staff, friendly and always professional. We have had a couple of maintenance issues and Christian has been prompt in addressing the issue and resolving them. I have had the pleasure of having interactions with Paniz and Katherine, both address me by my ...
