August 20, 2015This building is in the perfect location, A block away from the baseball stadium and 4 blocks from the night life down town. There is a great common area that gets used for amazing building only events, great food, great people and awesome wine tastings!!!! Unlike most buildings DT The Metrome HOA fees are extremely low making rent very manageable. Being centrally located in east village has the benefits of all the local bars and amazing places to eat. Its a pet friendly building too!! All in all ...this is a great building in a great location!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
