I won't throw the name out there of the person I spoke to because I don't think she had ill intent, but we should have been notified of this change anywhere from 8/4-8/6. So instead of me driving around, receiving a voicemail confirming my appointment a few hours prior, I should have been notified much earlier. This was a waste of time and made us feel like our time was not important.

I signed for one of them and he promised me that he will let me know if a 2nd floor opens up so I can take that instead. This took place early April and I was getting the keys on May 2nd!! Fast forward to my move in day, We got here and started unloading the semi, I asked him if a 2nd floor opened up and he said NO! later on I learned (From the maintenance Gentleman) that in the same building on the 2nd floor across the hallway a unit was open and available. So flat out he lied to me!!!! On the same day I moved in that unit was EMPTY! I moved in and unloaded everything and all set, GOOD LORD, in the afternoon when 2nd floor neighbor came home that was when it all started, YOU CAN HEAR EVERY CONVERSATION, MOVE, TALK, WALK, .... you name it. There is absolutely ZERO sound insulation in this building. While I am writing this They are playing with their dog and running around their apartment. Seriously this is a joke. I talked to office and they told me that we will ask them to make less noise, are you kidding me? You had to tell me how unreal isolation is at this apartment. As a bonus they also go downstairs in the basement and play ping-pong, Imagine how that sounds!!!!! Bottom line is do not waste your money, time, and life here, you can get a better place with the same price or even less. There was no review on this place when I got this, but I want to help someone else to not get in this the same way I did.
