  • The staff is very helpful and friendly

    Mezzo was very accommodating. They charged a low short term leasing fee (most places I found it was much higher). The maintenance team was very helpful for informing me about steps I could take to take care of the unit and during the request I made. The building is generally very quiet. The downsides were that the large windows did not open and the smaller ones that did open were very small and only open a little, so it is hard get air to flow in or out. The bike wash station is unique, and ...
    allows residents to use a hose to wash things off, which usually is not possibly in an apartment building.

  • Modern, urban living at its finest!

    I recently moved in and love it! For starters, the application process was smooth and user friendly. The staff was responsive and helpful with the questions I had. Once moving day came, everything went very smoothly! I love the aesthetic of the building — it feels like living in a boutique hotel! My apartment is awesome. I’m so glad I’m able to call Mezzo my home!
