Health Hazard and Safety Issues
June 29, 2022The Brinkley apartment located in 923 S Alex Rd Dayton/Miamisburg OH 45449 is health hazards and with safety issues. When you get in the bldg, disturbing smell that hazardous for Health. The balcony is rotten, I talked to property manager Laura, she said “don’t tell me how to do my job”. Hope you visit the apt before trusting your family’s safety and well-being. I would not recommend this apartment.Review from Apartments.com
