November 18, 2024I just want to say that MidMain is one of the jewels in the whole Midtown area. From location with many dining, nightlife and cultural venues to rail convenience and proximity to HCC and other nearby institutions along with it's superior design and parking amenities, I think it far outpaces it's suburban counterparts.Review from Apartments.com

August 12, 2024Having lived in the neighborhood for a year, I've enjoyed the vibrant social scene with its great bars and restaurants just steps away. The proximity to lively spots makes it easy to connect with friends and unwind. However, the growing homeless population around the train station near the building has been a noticeable downside to an otherwise enjoyable experience.Property Manager Responded

STAY AWAY
July 22, 2024Nothing works in the building from security systems to elevators. Management says they are working on it, but it’s been more than 6 months. Ridden with filth and cockroaches with no exterminators. Absolutely the worst place to rent in Houston DO NOT waste your time and money.Property Manager Responded
