Okay but expensive
January 10, 2025The apartment itself is satisfactory, but the recent steep increase in lease renewal rates and added charges for amenities have me seriously reconsidering whether staying here is worth it. The audacity to now charge for parking spaces is simply outrageous. While the staff is courteous and maintenance is efficient, the policies feel like a blatant cash grab, preying on renters who have limited options. As for the clubhouse and gym, they’ve been closed for an unacceptable six months for ...so-called reconstruction. Now that they’re finally reopening, a quick look from the window reveals no substantial changes. The only noticeable difference is some new equipment replacing what was already in good condition. This entire ordeal reeks of a flimsy pretext to justify the amenities fee hike.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 27, 2024I give it 4 stars based on the newly added mandatory monthly amenities fee. The grills are overlooked too frequently, and the gym is far too small for safe, convenient & efficient use. These offered amenities are a pleasant community bonus when they were offered free of charge. They however are not worth the mandatory monthly charge, and most especially while they are closed for construction and no one even has access to them.Review from Apartments.com

This property is terrible
November 14, 2024I wish I could leave zero stars. The units are old and not well maintained. The floor is warped. Paint is chipping. There are huge gaps in the floor in the paneling. The tubs are creaking. It sounds and feels like you’re going to fall through the floor. For the exorbitant price in nonexistent amenities this property is highly overpriced. The maintenance team is friendly and responsive, but other than that moving here was a total disaster. October 14, 2024Overall, I had a positive experience at the property. The pet park is really nice—well-maintained and spacious, making it a great spot for dogs to play and socialize. I also appreciated how clean and tidy the common areas are; it shows that the management takes pride in the community.
