January 12, 2021PROS: Close to Vanderbilt hospitals (1.1 mile-walkable). Gated assigned parking and keypad building entrance. Clean, updated common areas. Nice pool and grill area. Balconies off of units.close to interstates. Close to parks and Parthenon. Quiet tenants. Walgreens - 2 blocks. Gas fireplace. Industrial loft design. CONS: More expensive than some. Road noise, fire engines frequently pass (close to station), construction close-by (most places in Nashville). Frequent helicopter noise (medical flight ...path).
