MIsleading advertisement
April 1, 2024They advertise a lot of amenities that don't appear to exist. The most egregious one says they have wash and dryers in the units, when this is not true. And once you move in under these false pretense they won't give you your money back or let you out of the lease.Property Manager Responded

Unhappy tenant
September 16, 2019Current resident. Problems since day one, at first mostly little things like asking them to do things they said they would, i.e change out damaged blinds. Office person was extremely friendly at first. Had an issue last month or so and friendly office person because rude and smart mouthed person. I have asked other neighbors and people, about 5 in total, I know who have recently lived here and without saying her name they knew exactly who I was referring to. They have had issues with her and/or ...with the complex as well. The apartment is okay at best and the parking is awful. Both my cars have been side swiped. Rude Staff
August 14, 2019Everytime I have ever gone into the rental office with an issue the person there was rude to me. They like to get smart and turn things around on you childishly and unnecessarily. For example, I asked the date of inspection for my unit. Signage was posted on every door in the complex on the 12th for an inspection on the 13th or 14th. Instead of just saying the date was moved to 14th the response I got was along the lines "Tomorrow's Thursday, right? Tomorrow's Thursday". If you posted that a day ...ago how are you not sure? Never had issues addressed from 1st day of move in that should have and could have easily been fixed such as damaged blinds. As a matter of fact, the day I moved in there were still ladders and paint brushes in my apartment despite them having over a months notice. Tub needed to be patched too. Carpet was put down despite me asking them not to because I took 3 hours to call back the day I was 1st asked about it. Apparently 3 hours and it was already too late. Carpet feels cheap and uncomfortable. Finish from the scratched hardwood floors has been peeling since day one. The walls are thin. You can routinely hear your neighbors water run when they shower. Smaller bathroom is extremely small. If you knock anything off that teeny tiny kitchen counter it will likely fall into the toilet. Connection for washer and dryer is very tight. Most of the plugs are 2 pronged as opposed to 3. Keys didnt work on move in day. Had to go up to the office 3 or 4 times when I moved in. The installed my oven and fridge on move in day as well. Why wasn't all this done in advance? So if you want move in somewhere overpriced where rude smart asses take your money consider living here. Horrible
November 30, 2016Our rent went up in August and we don't even have a "renovated" unit. So this complex advertises "newly renovated" when not all the units are. Especially ours. Our roof in the bathroom leaks all the time when it rains. We've called it in multiple times and still nothing. Walls are super thin. We can hear the arguing through the walls. The neighbors park in the grass instead of the parking area. At 2-3am one of the neighbors randomly blows their car horn over and over. We have called this in to ...the office and was told "to call the courtesy officer". Can't wait til our lease is up! We moved here because it was referred to us by a coworker but she lives on the opposite end which she states that it is completely different from the end we are on. We don't even have an officer on our end but their is 1 if not 2 that live on the opposite end. Terrible place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2015We moved here in December from out of state. Management was professional and extremely helpful with any questions about moving here. We have only had minor maintenance problems and the maintenance staff responded in less than an hour. It has been a quiet community with friendly neighbors. Location is perfect.
