Marie, the property manager, is extremely difficult to deal with. She has to be one of the worst things about his building. I have had many conversations with her that have turned into arguments due to her incompetence with basic “customer service.” She is the SLOWEST person often taking her an excessive amount of time to perform any task. She is inconsiderate, argumentative and unhelpful in almost all situations. For an apartment that is designed to cater to college students, you would think that they would AT LEAST provide high-speed internet. The internet here BARELY works. I lived with 3 other roommates and it was impossible for us to use the internet at the same time, causing at least two of us to use our personal hotspot through our phones just to load a podcast from class. The description for Midvale Apartments claim that they provide “high-speed internet,” which is completely false. On top of the ridiculously high price to SHARE a room, there were constant issues with the plumbing, causing the water to be shut off, for about 5 hours, at least once a month. I honestly can't say anything good about this complex and would advise anyone seeking an apartment complex to keep looking and the owners on Midvale Plaza to improve their facilities and hire new management.
