    Location is great. would like quicker responding maintenance staff. Office hours are odd now. being closed on Wednesday it?s difficult especially with packages. Some residents are not the most desirable. but location is good as well as price.

Its about MCQ in general, and if I had a choice of apartments to recommend to my family and friends, MCQ is highly recommended as its the best value, best quality and great Management and staff here. MCQ wins over anywhere in my opinion. This was my very first time moving on my own, my first apartment, and it already made me love it.
