Happy in our new home!
February 19, 2024We relocated from Louisiana in July 2023. Our online search led us to check out Mill Hollow. We knew instantly this was what we were looking for since we were downsizing from over 2,000 square foot home to 1,400. Dennis was very helpful and accommodating to make the move as smooth as possible. Our new neighbors warmly greeted us. We love the location. Our dogs are thrilled with the new dog park. Very Nice Place to Live
February 4, 2024We moved here last fall. Dennis, the property manager, has been very responsive and accommodating. The units are very modern and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The neighbors are very nice and it is quiet and relaxing. There are many nice amenities, including a new dog park. New site management a great improvement
February 1, 2024We rent unit 31 at Mill Hollow. The site is beautiful and cosy, but we had heard about management problems. So, last spring (2023) we quizzed the new site manager. He was aware that things had not been going well, and was working to improve response to renters requests. Since then we have found him and his staff to be quite friendly and helpful. There are still some rough spots resulting from Greyhill taking majority ownership; e.g. their lease signing process on the portal does not provide a ...paper copy for the renter. January 11, 2024I've been living in these apartments for about 2 1/2 year now. The community is nice and kept clean during all seasons. Management and maintenance have always been on point, friendly, and understanding. For the most part our neighbors are quiet and friendly. Apartments lovely....Management another story.
January 2, 2022Apartments have an open and spacious area concept that lends itself to a comfortable living setting. The large club house provides a gathering for family and friends. The swimming pool is a nice feature, but it was closed many days this past summer due to poor maintenance. If you had about 2 hours, I would explain the disappointments that Mill Hollow property management has endured on their tenants. Just to mention a few. With one maintenance guy to be responsible for 84 apartments, the ...buildings are not kept clean; the landscaping needs improving; the mail system needs to be addressed with better security; the leases are all different with the above average increase with each renewal; a security system needs to be installed to monitor bad behavior. I would not recommend living here with a staff, who are not trustworthy or dependable. Police are called when property manager cannot handle tenant issues. Careless Management
April 20, 2019This place may look nice, but dealing with management is a nightmare. We had to keep sending in pieces of our application because management kept losing them. We were promised a certain type of room, and they even signed a lease agreement and took a security deposit from us even though that room type wasn't going to be available. They failed to tell us this until months later when they showed us the actual place we were going to move into (which was unsuitable for us), forcing us to scramble to ...find another apartment. I wouldn't recommend looking here. You may not end up with what you are promised, if they manage not to lose your application in the process.Property Manager Responded
