December 1, 2024My experience been great so far. The staff been great and helpful. I like the location, so easy to get downtown. It been peaceful and quiet. The only issue is parking if you don't have a garage but everything else is great.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2024I think that I have heard of this apartment complex having negative facets under past ownership, but the current ownership seems to really care about making the community a better place, listening to its residents, and has long-term goals for improving the infrastructure and amenities. As long as you remember that you are living in an apartment and are willing to live with what comes with that, I think you can realistically see that this management cares about making it a good place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 13, 2024Quiet community. Leasing agents are professional and are there to provide customer satisfaction. Convenient to work and main interstate I85. Maintenance could use a team member to keep the grounds clean by daily checking the grounds for trash, some residents are not responsible to pick up their own trash.
